How do I order?
The easiest way to order is online through our secure online shopping cart on our website. If you would prefer you can email us at info@boutiquebambini.com.au or call Jodi on 0433 783 722 during business hours.
How do I pay?
Our checkout will take you directly through to the Paypal website. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service and you can pay from a credit card or bank account. If you would prefer to transfer the money yourself our bank details are:

Please email confirmation of deposit if not using Paypal. Goods will not be posted until money has cleared.
Can I talk to someone?
Or course you can. Call us on 0433 783 722 or email at info@boutiquebambini.com.au between 9.30am and 5pm. Outside office hours emails are checked and answered regularly. We would love to hear from you if you need assistance, want product advise or would like to give feedback.
What about my Privacy?
At Boutique Bambini your privacy is important to us. We will not provide your personal information to any third parties. Your information will be used to process orders only.
Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at the discretion of Boutique Bambini and without notice.
How much is delivery?
Delivery Australia Wide is a flat rate of $5 except for Nappies, which will only be delivered on the Gold Coast. Delivery will be by Australia Post or Courier depending on the area.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time will depend upon the delivery area and method. Order should arrive in between 1-5 days. If you have not received you order within this time please contact us at info@boutiquebambini.com.au
What if my item is out of stock?
Occasionally items will be out of stock. If this happens to an item you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and arrange a refund or back-order. Clearance and sale items can not be place on back-order.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges will be offered on the following conditions:
- All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with labels intact.
- Contact Jodi at info@boutiquebambini.com.au or call her on 0433 783 722 with details of product and why you would like to return/exchange. You will thenbe given directions for sendingproducts back.
- Postage and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. An additional delivery fee will be charged on exchanged items.
Are all your items genuine?
All our labels are genuine. Some brands we sell are purchased through a secondary market. That is why we can offer such large discounts. These are often end of line or end of season items. We do not in any way represent the labels we sell. The secondary market brands such as, Oobi, Kenzo, Small Paul, Levis and others, are usually very limited stock.
